Little Mouse Co Terms of Use (for Lingogo app)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Lingogo website (www.lingogoapp.com) or the Lingogo app operated by Little Mouse Co. Your access to and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

 We've created this app for you to use for your own enjoyment - so enjoy! But please note that you're not allowed to copy or modify the app, or any part of the app or the app's content (including our Lingogo Stories), or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to translate the app or the app's content into different language versions or make derivative versions. This app, our content, all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Little Mouse Co. We also reserve the right to make changes to this app, it's content and services at any time for any reason - don't worry, if we change something we won't charge you for it without you knowing.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Lingogo website or Lingogo app you may be asked to provide certain information relative to your purchase including, without limitation, your Apple ID. This information and all payments (including security) are handled by Apple as a third party. It is your responsibility to keep this information secure when downloading our app. Little Mouse Co will not ever be provided with or have access to your payment details and cannot be held responsible for the security of these details or any problems which may arise during the purchase process with Apple. We will, however, do our best to rectify any problems that may arise.

Please note that our subscriptions cannot be cancelled during their active period. We aim to release our new issues on the first Monday of every month. In the event we miss this deadline for any reason we'll inform you through social media.  Our in-app purchases are auto-renewing. This means that if you do not cancel them within 24 hours of their end period they will renew and charge your account for a repeat subscriptions (for the same price and period). To manage your subscriptions (and/or cancel your auto-renewal of your subscription) go to the 'Settings' app on your device after purchase. Choose iTunes & App Store. Tap on your Apple ID, select 'View Apple ID' and then under 'Subscriptions' tap 'Manage'. If we decided to change the price of any of our subscriptions your 'auto-renewal' will be cancelled.

Though it is not our intention, you can't always know what the future brings and we may decide to stop providing Lingogo and terminate its use at any time. In the unlikely event this occurs we will refund our users for the issues they have paid for and will not receive.

Little Mouse Co is constantly developing so we reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be posted here.
